I just want to say: I didn't know about your channel when I took Part 1, but I used them for Part 2. I scored 40 points higher on Part 2. I've passed the full program and my certification has come through, but I'm going back through your Part 1 videos to deepen my knowledge. Thank you for your service to all of us.

Great class. Well explained. I have a small doubt on question # 66. I think we should not include the beginning inventory units while computing the requirement of total units for the allocation of variable and fixed OH because beginning inventory is already with overhead allocation from the previous month.
@aswintv5503 Жыл бұрын
The previous years units has been sold in the current year ( known from the fact that beginning is higher than ending)so in order to find the current years produced units we have to reduce the beginning from current sales and add closing Conclusion: the units produced in the current year doesn't consist of beginning

Thank for your great efforts, hence i have a doubt on Q.60 why we not consider the 25% of the desired End. inventory to be calculated from the sales directly as given, i mean from 715K, 728K, 624K on the question he said that 25% from the sales not from the cost, so why we calculated the Ending 25% from the cost price not from the sales?

May God Bless you.I just wanted to repeat the question posted by a student below-on Q.60 why we not consider the 25% of the desired End. inventory to be calculated from the sales directly as given, i mean from 715K, 728K, 624K on the question he said that 25% from the sales not from the cost, so why we calculated the Ending 25% from the cost price not from the sales?

Hi Sir, In question 66,Cant we do it this way, I dont know if that makes at all any sense-Since they have given the Beginning inventory cost and and units (For Laminated) as 60 Units and the cost as 3120, So the per unit cost will be ( 3120/60=52).

question number 66 you just divide begining inventory cost to begining inventory units

That may not always work, unit cost could have changed during the period, not recommended.

Sir In Que, 86 While Calculating Changes in Cash we have Considered Begining Accounts Receivables and Payables too but, Why didn't considered Cash balance at the beginning of $100,000. Thank you.
@FTCGlobal3 жыл бұрын
Only net change in cash is required. Had the question asked closing cash balance, then we would have taken opening balance
