Wow - pretty cool! Glad I could help, LOL. It really is something else... I've been poking around it a little more, and it's got some crazy things going on under the hood. That fuel bowl gets me, every time. Thanks for watching!

Like some have mentioned that fully linked steering system is just crazy good. The hand spokes wheels is nuts. I mean any one who has frigged around with a plain old bicycle wheel will confirm how much of a pain in the ass it is to do spokes. On a 1/18th scale is a whole new level of awesome and skill. CMC has and always will be worth every dime and more. This review clearly shows that level of craftsmanship. I give this review 59 Henry's ☺

Ha! That's a lot of little skulls, LOL.... Thanks, man, I appreciate it. I have a video here, somewhere, that the CMC guys sent me a while back. It was shot during the assembly of their Audi 225 Front - a model a lot of collectors never even knew about - and it shows the cars being soldered, wired, piped, painted.. the whole bit. The wildest part is that the assembly rooms are really cool - everyone is dressed up nicely, and the ladies who do some of the closest work - I mean, real hair-splitting stuff - have impeccable manicures with long nails. It blew my mind. So did the car, LOL. As always, THANKS for watching. I always looks forward to reading your comments.

Joe Kelly, Jr. Always cool chatting with the master collector bud. That video would be sweet. I am always am in awe because we and many others have been there with the tweezers and glue and those super tiny parts holding our breath bug eyed trying to place and get those perfect details. So we know how damn hard it was and when these types of details are done to this level its is indeed a moment of ' Holy "bleep" how do they do this !!

shadlad91 True, man, true! Some of the solder joints, alone, would have me pulling out what's left of my hair and weeping like a six-year-old girl.

Absolutely. I'm thinking of applying something to the "crocodile" once I'm done doing the photos and such for the Heavy MeTal Models web site - maybe a thick lacquer, or a shellac - to darken it a little more, and add some more shine to the areas between the dark blocks of "skin". If I do it, I'll post the pics on the Facebook page. Thanks for watching!

First! What a ripper, Joe! Love seeing 5/5 Henry's. Definitely deserved it. The fact that they went to the trouble of running the steering assembly all the way to the wheels shows a huge level of care and detail. What I also find great to look at is the finish on the engine. If you didn't know any better, you'd swear you wee looking at the real thing. Thumbs up!

True, true, true... I love the levels they take these cars to. Some of the detailing around the engine was impossible to light well enough to get on video - it's pretty deep stuff! The plumbing around the carb, and the fuel lines... wow. Someday, if I'm feeling particularly brave, I'll have at those screws holding the stainless plate to the frame, and see what's living under there. Always nice to see you here, man,. Thanks for watching!

J.D. Kelly Now I have a question. I own two corsica's The regular one and the sneak leather one. But which one should I sell. I do not know which one is better. Both mint in box.

Daniel! How's it going, man? Yeah, this one looks pretty simple up top, but boy, it's got a lot going on underneath. The engine is amazing.... that interior is pretty cool, too. None of the photos of the model on any of the sites really sold me on the whole "crocodile" thing (and a pre-production sample I had came with the "standard" leather gut), but seeing it on real time.... wow. Thanks for watching!

Hi, Josh - Thanks, man! I'm just enjoying the work a lot, and I truly love these little cars, so, it's my pleasure. I keep thinking about doing a video of the collection, but I'm so slammed with the reviews, it's a hard thing to find time for, LOL. I'll keep trying; maybe around the holidays. In the meantime - THANKS for watching and being a part of HMM. I appreciate it!

For sure this car is a dream, and I will ask if someone tried to put some little led's in this corsica's lights or in the cabin under the buttons, or in the rear "luggage" space ? Should be more dreamy , no ?
