I am going through a divorce with my wife of 13 years and I was in the game at 8y.o. in Boston i am now 35 and still somehow still alive. Whent to prison at 23 and when I got out I swore that I would not go back. With my divorce I find myself tasting the flames of the game creeping ever so near. Hang in there buddy. Ive had a very tough 2019 so far. Between almost losing my wife because she told me she doesn't love me anymore. I definitely feel broken and like I'm not worth the effort of trying to be fixed. I deal with depression myself and I think it's a genetic or something. My brother was dealing with depression that no medication seemed to touch and one day I get a call from my mother that he shot himself and that was so painful not only for me but to see my mom and my oldest brother go thru heartbreak. My mom has never been the same. My brother felt broken and we didn't see it. If you ever feel broken just please talk to someone about it and find someone who cares and will listen because not everyone will care or listen and it could be discouraging but keep trying.
