I did the kickstarter for these sets. For a number of years in October I'd have a zombicide night and use the terrain. Battle systems even used a few of my photos that I sent to their Facebook page back in the day.

@@JendersGaming I just started painting zombicide 2nd edition last weekend. I am using Army Painter’s speed paint with some base acrylic paints. I am about 1/3 of the way through painting. Your painting tutorial really helped to speed up my progress and give me good ideas for painting templates so I can “paint by the numbers”. I’ll update you when it’s all finished! This is going to be so well worth it! I could have spent $600 on a completely painted zombicide set of miniatures on Etsy, but this is so much more satisfying. Plus it gives me great painting experience for miniatures and I will have a much greater appreciation for the game. Thank you for inspiring me! :-)

This makes me sooo happy to hear! Ah how does the speed paint work? I have not tried that set yet! Wow 1/3 through, that is great progress 👏 It's much, much more fulfilling to.do.it yourself, will be proud every time it's on the table :) Yes pls keep updated, love to hear how it ended up!

There are so many cool options out there for board gamers these days, amirite? kzbin.info/www/bejne/qmjMZ3mYYrFlp9E

@@JendersGaming I know, incredible right? It tried to tell Archon Studios (who makes Dungeons & Lasers) that they were really messing up by only marketing towards D&D instead of board gaming in general, but I guess my channel is too small cause they didn’t respond. 😀. All good though, I’m happy to spread the word for them!

I think in general terrain companies would earn a whole new market if they starten to go for the Boardgame market. Sooo many players want that extra lvl of gaming experience in their games :)

As much as I love terrain; this game, by design, does not work well with it. At times, there are too many zombie miniatures that need to move and tightly fit into spaces. Terrain greatly hinders that. As amazing as that looks, I think the game is better served and played on a flat board.
@JendersGaming2 ай бұрын
I use this terrain a lot, never a problem. And in this Zombicide version there aren't that many zombies in the same area, are you thinking of the old version maybe?
@Emloch2 ай бұрын
@@JendersGaming No, I'm referring to 2nd Edition. Although, not as bad as the first version, they still pile up. If you enjoy it, that's all that matters. I've found terrain problematic, mildly disrupting game flow. Great video! Cheers.
