Of course the children are so important and they need to take care to see that they are taken care of properly. With 3 children and their need for being around other children, having water, electric and internet access is very important! David, I have been in real estate for a long time and seen this situation several times. We don't know why Lord moves people. Yes this was their dream but you and Uber helped out and did most of the work. Now it can be your dream and putting the boneyard and your animals in an already cleared and fenced area is priceless. Between your four pieces of property, you have a tremendous headstart. This time next year you'll have it all done! God moves and blesses us in ways we could never imagine.

Get a shock collar for Eclipse until you get her trained to stay again. With the collar she cant get away from you as easily. Just til she is used to be running around free. Glad for all your new dreams, it will be so great for you. Glad for DD5. also.

I think Mike and Lyssa are making the right move for their children, but it's obvious you're going to miss them. You've been a huge help to them, but they've been there for you when you needed them. It's a little sad to think of you alone on the mountain with only your animals, but at least you'll still be able to get together with the Dreamers on a regular basis. They're not moving too far away. Really excited for Eclipse. Hope everything works out for the best. 🙏❤

❤ Very well said. I think DD5 made a big decision buying their new property. They have been struggling to just have water for their animals and their toilet. With 3 growing kids that have been missing school because the bus could not get there because of the rainfall. 4 hours to upload a video but now with high speed fiberoptic internet access it will take a few minutes. This alone will help make money. Mike is resourceful and can make money on the side. The kids will have friends close by and I think this will help them too. Mike & Lyssa have been smiling so much since they have the new DD5 property. Maybe they will get the Chevy 4x4 going. David now your going to need water for the animals when you move them.

Hi David -- Thank you for the open heart conversation & clarification. Still, my eyes are tearing up & my heart hurts for you. Why? Bcos you were the last one to know, after you were the first one and only one to help them at the beginning. I hurt bcos they should have immediately called you when they found the land to ask you for your opinion and help them make a better purchase price deal for them. It's call "RESPECT". It's my old European upbringing. You are a very special & kind person David. You've got a whole lot of Good Karma coming your way. Bank on it! One thing you didn't make clear. Did they sell the landing back to you or are they looking to sell it to someone else to help with their new purchase? Next - Do you think the French Drain System would help drain the areas that are pooling with water? You could excavate towards the creek so that the water drains in there. Something to think about when you are ready. Or, do you think bldg the raised veggie beds over some of the water pooling areas would help? Just asking.

I was soo happy to see Beautiful BLUE eyes, Eclipse, your first love you had as a close buddy since a puppy. You were going to to let her breed one time to have pups of same awesome looks, but Mike came w his dogs, Eclipse so innocent heard them, went to mikes property,got in trouble, had to be tied up, you had to get her fixed, gave up close relationship w her when got goats. To this day, like an old girlfriend, she only has eyes for you. Some things can be Blessings in disguise.

So glad to hear that you are happy for them, but, I sure understand why your feelings are hurt that they didn't talk to you beforehand. After all you've done for them, discussing it with you would have been the polite thing to do. I hope that their channel takes off, but, they need to be a lot less sensitive about comments on their channel if they expect to keep their viewers. Dang, when you started talking about missing the dreamers, that made me cry. My 3 boys and grandkids have always been closer by me. I'm not handling my youngest moving 35 miles away sooooo, after 36 years in our home I'm moving to them. I figure it's their time to grow building their dream home, and i want to scale down so, it's perfect timing for me to start something new..... close to my family again. 36 years is a long time in one area I truly love, but I no longer need or want a 4,000 sq ft home and shop.

I have always said to my children that sometimes you have to make decisions that will make others unhappy because you need to for the sake of your family. Generally this involved employers who didn’t understand my family came first. You understand family is first and Mike needs to take this opportunity to improve his families situation. David the best part is they will not be that far away. At least you will still have family in the area. I sure it was a hard decision for Mike and Lyssa to make.
