What about a fellow trying to update specialty and new program information! I found out previously that if you had an enrollment from a Residency right out of medical school and had a limited license, you have a Medicare contractor that you stick with going forward! Only after multiple phone calls to the ORIGINAL holder of the PECOS did I find this information out. The GME offices are usual and give inaccurate information. And now this tutorial does not even begin to address this issue. What a mess!
