Looks like you could let the railroad wheels down from inside the truck. He sure took a long time to get it going. That would be useful during a hurricane where all the roads are jammed and no one moving on the highways.

nothing cause no train will come toward the truck cause they have a track occupation permit before to be authorized to get on track,as soon they completed their works,they have to advise the railroad controller that that track are ready to get trains back on
