CNA e-Tool for Servicing Lenders (Audio Descriptions)

This webinar provides Servicing Lenders with an introduction and information on how to interact with the Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) e-Tool along with best practices for using the tool. Attendees have an opportunity to meet the main CNA e-Tool point of contact within HUD’s Office of Asset Management.
CNAs are required for all Federal Housing Administration (FHA)-insured properties that have a 10-year update requirement, undergo a Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) conversion, have a Housing Assistant Payment (HAP) contract assignment, or experience other eligible asset management milestones. HUD requires the use of the newly updated CNA e-Tool for all CNA submissions except as otherwise indicated in HUD Housing Notice 2023-03.
