What if there's feces all over the pad on the bed,you forgot to show us how to change the padding and place it back under the client

You only cleaned one side. So when you roll him onto his back with the new brief you risk getting feces onto the clean brief because you only rolled him to one side. This does not allow for entire buttocks including sides to be cleaned well.
