It genuinely warms my heart to see content like this, and more importantly witness stories of people overcoming challenges in the way Siew May does. CNA Insider always does a good job shining a light on things we often don’t think about or see right in front of our eyes, and I’m forever grateful that this channel exists amidst our local media landscape. Please keep up the good job, from a fellow film/digital media worker. PS: Aaron, if you are reading this comment. Please know that we appreciate you giving the disabled a chance at work. You have a good heart, and are doing good things - will come by to support the store soon. Jia you!

Siew May was a great addition to the team, previously with 2 outspoken individuals trying to lead was just too difficult to run the kitchen smoothly.

I thought Erna may be hard to replace last week but Siew May is such a treasure. I guess things happen for a reason and it works out in the end. Great initiative Aaron and to everyone involved especially CNA for highlighting this very touching segment and make it available on KZbin.

Not many people can do what you do, to champion the less able people, its not easy. You have to be brave and a kind heart to do this. To depend and trust them fully to run your business. You have a good team with you where everyone depend on each other to run the business. Keep up the good work. I enjoyed and looking forward to your content.

here in india the cullinary industry is slightly toxic towards differentially abled people....and its not like people say something directly on your face but yess pretty much annoyed by your presence which they try to hide and when it comes to giving us facilities designed specifialy for us....they act like its not thier job or rather doing us a favour....and if you are sharp tongued like me....sigh you are done for...people in the cullinary field are generaly people with poor academics....so dont expect them to have empathy, logic, minimal decency...these are the reasons i quit cullinary school....i mean i know many who have....its that toxic for normal people so let alone specialy abled people.....but you guys are doing a good job....peope need to understand the difference between empathy and sympathy.......just so you know...i have cerebral palsy too.
