I hear the need to build up the poor as a part of solving the problem of having no where to invest. The Zambia finance minister said Zambia is doing exactly that assisting the poor to reach a point to where they can contribute. Saying there is no where to invest comes from only wanting to invest in certain kinds of people. This is the truth. If this attitude continues to be catered to, continues to dominate investment the world will collapse into an abyss. The panelist clearly said: policy, policy and no capital flow. We all know why. Stop saying there is no malicious intent. Stop it.
