It’s not. Most plant-based burgers taste the way they do because they’re packed with sugars and fats. They’re not healthier than a regular burger, even one from a fast food restaurant. And they’re not really meant to be a healthier alternative, they’re just meant to be an alternative for people who don’t eat animal products.

Fats from plant based burgers are mono and poly unsaturated, which is infinitely many times healthier and actualyl needed by our bodies. Sugars aren't bad either, they are primary source of energy for our brain (glucose). Plant based burgers are everything one would want from a burger,minus cholesterol sat fats and other crap found in massive animal farm factories.
