It seems donations don't really help as their are too many errors that can be seen. With food; people eat way too much and keep needing it plus other things. It's a non-stop. There are too many people and living things on the planet / earth / world. Donations are not going to cure the issues. People and animals need to decrease on the planet, but they don't as unless someone changes making all see what they are truly doing wrong on the planet.

Nah, man. Lawyers only work for themselves. Getting one involved for what? To get paid to write up a contract of contingencies? It's a straight equity deal, nothing else attached to it. 100K for 33% and everybody goes home. She had experience in the space and wasn't a dummy. Just shake hands and go to work at that point..

It's not just for outdoors people. It's for people that don't have access to a heat source but have water. Or it can be used in an emergency situation if there is no electricity. Regardless, these heating packs have been around since 2016.
