I find it funny that Cramer won't recommend a tobacco stock because it's bad for you, but will recommend pot stocks, alcohol stocks, sugar stocks, gambling stocks, etc....

None of them are as bad as tobacco. Everything you mentioned can be consumed indoors and in public places across America, except tobacco.
