WHY didn't you ask her WHY she gave herself a $4M bonus last year? For What?? Why didn't you ask her what her salary is for a year?? She tells you what a driver makes a year, which is a lie. Ask Home Depot how they feel about her. I believe they're glad she's somebody else's problem. She's clueless in a delivery business.

Nothing in this new contract has been upheld either besides the pay. Same horrible treatment. Cameras still in vehicles, no air conditioning, constantly looking to fire people, 2.2.4's were supposed to be changed to fulltime yet they still get put in the warehouse instead of driving. Nothing is different.

Thank your beloved union lmao. I started at 17 and told that union rep to gtfo of my face. The company wants your labor and back. The union wants your dues, neither care about you man. The only reason they go for raises is because the higher your rate the more you pay in dues lmao. That’s why that’s the only thing that’s been upheld.

What they should be doing is training people to manage the automation. What happens is they lay people off, post an automation engineer or maintenance technician job. It never gets filled because they can't find anyone qualified personal or the job doesn't pay enough Then the employer complains that people don't want to work. I'm for automation as long as the company trains the employees into maintaining the system that's going to take their jobs.

The only way they can cut hours on the labor side (the union side) is to hire more people. There is a massive amount of work that needs to get done everyday. Drivers can’t just bring an unfinished route back to the building at 5pm to cut cost. Loaders can’t just load half of the volume then go home to cut hours. The only people that can get laid off or hours cut without affecting the work getting done is management (non union)

Yes, if you have someone below you working or a supervisor working, you get paid what they worked. Also, if they don't pay you, file another grievance to get paid an additional 4 hour penalty pay and file that grievance every week for an additional 4 hour penalty pay for every week. It got up to 100 hours in just penalty pay, but they had to pay it along with the hours the supervisor worked.

I’m filing grievance like crazy, daily. supervisors sending you home and they are working.. so much violation also I am a air driver they took all my air work and give it to regular drivers, and have me working 4.5 hrs daily inside then shuttle. This company do whatever they want union or not. It’s been over a month now the union is overwhelmed with grievances with just the building I work alone so I guess it’s going to be a very long wait. While I’m not able to support my family and that is what ups want you to do is quit. Sickening company I would never recommend someone to work here, you might see us out there driving these brown trucks well dresses in brown, trust me it’s only because we are already in so deep why we stick around it’s a horrible company to work for. I went to the business agent for my center. He is saying take that for own and make sure I’m filling the grievances, like how is that helping me? That’s what I pay union dues for?
