Due to Carol's plan I myself a proud supervisor and trainer of 3 years and over 50% of my other supervisor peers have lost our jobs due to budget cuts. I was told my last day will be April 30th and that I will not have the option to reapply as an hourly until April 30th of 2025. I get a measly severance of one month and just lost the only job that works with my schedule as a single father.

I came to this video very open minded and hoping to hear some good news about UPS, both as an employee and a shareholder. Holy cow this was an absolute abomination of an interview. Hub work is the gate way to seniority which leads to package car, Feeder and Sleeper opportunities that are none existent. There are hundreds of feeder and package drivers, full time and part time that are on layoff to the hub. Where do they go? You wait years to accrue enough seniority to bid on routes that no longer exist. Working 3 1/2 “guaranteed” hours as a part timer waiting to work in the higher paying departments. 😑
