Attrition is low not because of steps taken by cognizant leadership. Its more to do with the job market the moment job markets picks people will leave cognizant like a free fall of a pack of cards. Despite chest thumping with so many large deals the yearly hike is marginal 3% across top performer stating market outlook is not good :-D

Great interview of Shereen with our beloved CEO, Ravi Kumar... I want to draw an interesting parallel of Ravi with my favorite Telugu superstar, Mahesh Babu. Ravi reminds me a lot of Mahesh in Maharshi (a 2019 Telugu super hit film) where he played the role of a CEO named Rishi Kumar, which phonetically sounds similar to Ravi Kumar. Ravi's Townhalls are quite invigorating and I've had the pleasure of being in the audience in two of them over the last 21 months. As I complete 10 yrs. with Cognizant in less than three months time, I feel very confident of Cognizant getting its growth mojo back !!
