I’m watching this video after the Coldplay show got over and i attended the 25th show. I am a huge Coldplay fan so i had to attend it and i would say book my show did a decent job with conducting the event. Apart from the debacle thats the ticket sales. Out of my 4 friends trying to book tickets for any show only 1 of us was able to reach the booking page and book the tickets. Their tickets system is flawed. BMS needs to work on fixing it. Also the venues lacked infrastructure. I remember cab drivers charging us 3000 for that night. It’s just absurd. But the concert experience was amazing. We need more such concerts in India and proper infrastructure for that as well. BMS if you are reading this please bring Taylor Swift to India ❤

Black-marketeers were far better than bookmyshow. I never seen such a cheap and low standard business strategy. First they told all tickets were soldout and no tickets left…then they made 25,000 rs ticket available, then just one day before the show….literarily just one day before show they made 2500rs ticket available…it is not just about ticket price…what about of people who were really wished to participate in that show…i tired my maximum but i didn’t get train and hotel at the last moment. If they made those ticket available at least 1 week ago i will manage it anyway…but they didn’t
