He is Lee Jonghyun and he was summoned as the witness of the chat room case and never involved as a defendant. Why he was witness? He was a big networking guy in kpop and go find the list of celebrities he has in his circle. It was inevitable for him to not involved in the case. The story is, based on prosecutor's report: the admin of the group when created the chat room , started adding a list of people to the chat room. Networking guy was also there. As the history of the chat in 2015 is shown and witness Lee Jonghyun said at the first they were chatting about fishing and camping but then after a short time it turned to sexual stuff so I left the chat room. In the chat history that confirmed that he left the chat room after a short while. That's why he was in charge of nothing but called as a witness because of his being there in the beginning. But he got hated by the fans of involved idols and they want him guilty too. Other kpop fans believe everything they see and never take a journey to find truth through official statements and reports. He left his group to stop haters from attacking his group as the next target. But he never even called guilty by any courts. That's the biggest problem in kpop, we can't control rumers or hatous bur we can educate ourselves to not believe everything and when people start believing lies, it turne out to reality for them and even if we could remove lies through Internet but there's no clear button for removing lies from people head. So please every one stop it at this point. Let's not hurt even another person anymore.

The story is, based on prosecutor's report: the admin of the group when created the chat room , started adding a list of people to the chat room. Networking guy was also there. As the history of the chat in 2015 is shown and witness Lee Jonghyun said at the first they were chatting about fishing and camping but then after a short time it turned to sexual stuff so I left the chat room. In the chat history that confirmed that he left the chat room after a short while. That's why he was in charge of nothing but called as a witness because of his being there in the beginning. But he got hated by the fans of involved idols and they want him guilty too. Other kpop fans believe everything they see and never take a journey to find truth through official statements and reports. He left his group to stop haters from attacking his group as the next target. But he never even called guilty by any courts. That's the biggest problem in kpop, we can't control rumers or hatous bur we can educate ourselves to not believe everything and when people start believing lies, it turne out to reality for them and even if we could remove lies through Internet but there's no clear button for removing lies from people head. So please every one stop it at this point. Let's not hurt even another person anymore.
