CNC Machining Process for On-Board Retention

CNC Machining the features necessary for On-Board Pistol Retention on a Walther PDP.
On-Board Retention is currently available for select firearms with T2G Custom Products holsters.
This Patent Pending Onboard Retention device is installed in the Walther PDP or full size GLOCK handguns after slotting the trigger guard with CNC equipment. In this video we machine the slot on one of our Shark CNC Router Mills. This process is also possible manually with a dremel.

To get the onboard retention, someone will need to send you their frame?

Brian, It depends on the gun. We do offer modules for the Sig P320 and the Springer Eschelon that can just be mailed already prepared with the holster. But for Glocks (now including the 43X) and walther firearms, you would need to send the frame to our FFL where our gunsmiths would prepare your frame and mate it to the holster suited for your loadout
