CNC Milling Homemade jig to mill this not so easy aluminum frame

Milling an aluminium frame from a 450x450x40mm aluminium plate.
By using an clamping device and selfmade graver.
Made on my BX40i.

Good idea. Some people just turn the middle part into chips, wasting the material.

Why didn't you bolt the middle part to the fixture plate and milled the whole frame while leaving a thin amount of material between the frame and the middle part. This could be cut out after milling and the thin material left could be removed using a deburring tool.

Good job, smart choices. But music is a pain in the back! We want to listen to the machine sound, not that heavy music...

@@dravemaker nice music, goes well with the sounds of the cutter. I think it's a good balance
