Double shielded cable is a must, I have just replaced my drive motor cables with double shielded cables, plus all the other cabling is shielded as well. EMI is a nightmare with cnc Plasma. Good video Vince!

Just wondered if you know if its possible to use the com port as power supply Possitive? or am I better to re-wire my motion controller inputs around? cheers!

Thank you for your support. In a switching power supply, "COM" typically refers to the common 0 voltage connection (Also known as V- terminal). You'll have to rewire your inputs. Thank you, Vince
