Great video, I have a 3020 china cnc without limit switches. You have answered many questions. 480p resolution is hard to read the script. I would zero my bit on my part i need to cut not realizing when done the cnc would go out of limit and make a really loud stepper grinding sound and i would just hit the emergency stop function.

Made all the adjustments as detailed in this video. DRO moving ok. However, my motors still are not moving. any ideas?

nice video but some of us have some other E stop probems that are not goin away wit just a click, i did find the E stop problem twice ,will make a video soon, thanks for all Your videos they help a lot

building a cnc plasma, i’m getting all the electronics put together 1 axis at a time. Motors function properly when using the mill profile, but no matter what i try i get no moment from the steppers when i switch over to the plasma profile. I’ve been pulling my hair out for hours now and i cannot figure out why. Any ideas?

I am trying to install a touch plate with the probe setting. However I am having the digitize light on all the time. This is true even with nothing in the breakout board on port 1 pin 11. When I take active low off the digitize light goes out but I am still unable to make the touchplate work. Even disconnected completely from the machine the digitize light is on. Any suggestions?

Help! I've been using Mach3 for years and am fairly familiar with it. Yesterday I set up to do a chamfer on a round part. The DRO is zeroed and my cutter is indicated in to the center of the part. The crosshairs in the Mach3 display show not centered on the image as you would expect. The crosshairs are up towards the top of the circle. I try to run the program and the chamfer starts at the top of the circle but tracks way off when it starts the outer diameter of the part. Never seen this bug before. Any suggestions. No offsets are set on the offsets page.

Good morning. How would I change the DRO to read mm, as opposed to cm? For example. If in the MDI I tell it x10 ..... I want it to move 10mm, not 10cm

Hi i made the simulation. The bags are going through a moving parts (conveyor giving the bag to right or left). But after 10 min (total simulation takes 40 minutes), the moving part in the simulation stops. Why do you think I am having this problem?

i am checking to see if you can tell me what if anything i can do to turn on my spindle . i am using a china 1020 cnc with a 4th axes i have put the s1500 m3 in on mdi and it still doesn't turn on , i have also tried different rpms i double checked ports and pins every thing looks right .maybe its something simple i'm missing.

Hi, I have a 3040 and every time I press the home button for the machine to go to zero. it does pause and move again all the way back every 1 cm. Do I need to change anything in the settings? Thanks for your help.

I put a new drive on my "Z" access and now "Z" keeps going when i push a direction.. push oposite direction will slow and stop it and then revers direction.. what is the problem?

Hi, I have a problem with the mach 3 program. It always fits me on line 500. Do you know what the problem is? Have you encountered such a problem. Sometimes the program will not load the entire G-code, but only one part.

i put pin 2,3 for x. motor x can start. I try to put pin 0.0 in the computer sotfware mach 3 settings with the cable still on pin 2,3 in bob mach3 the motor is still on .. where did it go wrong?

Mach3 is good cnc software but people dont know how to use it right thats why they have problems or using cheap computers using for everything as well.

I have a problem with mach 3 . To this day everything worked fine and I didn't touch any parameters except the tuning motor Now, when I click +Y on keybord or touchscreen the machine goes to + a couple of times and then it goes to - the same thing happens with - Y X and Z axis work Ok
