Диск имеет трещины он чугунный. Добавление такой пластины прочности ему не добавит. Ну сварка электродом чугуна, это вообще фантастика. Думаю этот диск на машину не поставят, хотя это Пакистан, там и не такое могут сотворить.

You have to watch such things.. in weaveing factories ...they used to hang an ordinary bulb above the loom....the shuttle could appear to be still, but it flying accross the loom...dangerous
