whats better CNFANS or DHGATE (mainly want to know about which supplier has better quality in general but also care a little about shipping time)

The quality depends solely on the suppliers. DHGATE is the the platform where you buy the items directly from. The Cnfans is the middleman between the suppliers and the factories. Buy on cnfans and check if the quality is good enough for you.
