CNG is cleaner than LPG which means much less visits to the mechanic. It's also more caloric than LPG which means less will get you further.

All I know is that, when there is low consumption on pms and diesel and an alternative is made then the hike of fuel and diesel price will be forgotten. Then our FG will be left with no option than to use the over hiked pms and diesel for bathing themselves and their families.

You talk sense but FG are not the one controlling the pms. Government are the ones trying to make an alternative so that the price of pms can even start coming down. CNG is readily available.

less harmful than petrol if done right, it’s been adopted worldwide for some time but people are recommended to get cars built with CNG in mind other than getting after market installations done. that’s when it could become a problem because the cars were not initially built with CNG in mind

Yeah that's the main disadvantage of it: the cost of conversion is too high. Great initiative, but would 20 liters of CNG take a car as far as 20 liters of PMS fuel does? Are we comparing Apple with Apple or Apple with grape?

A full gas tank of the person in this video takes him 170km . You have to understand that CNG is about 120 naira pee kilo , that's a good deal . Unfortunately there aren't a lot of CNG stations to buy from

This is just shallow reporting. No mention of the actual cost of CNG/kg or liter. There’s no mention of locations it’s presently been sold. No mention of the current cost of conversion and also the side by side analysis of the average MPG 😔
