Why can't Nigeria manufacture the kids and the cylinder everything here ? We need to stop buying with dollars

Even with the conversion, not enough cng stations and spread. The banks givin people loans to acquire cars and houses can come in and give loans at very low interest rates to help increase cng adoption and filling station upgrades.
