Here in Brazil, if you commit any crime as a alien, you are expelled from the country as soon as you finish serving your sentence

The CNN reporter does seem reasonable & authentic, however note how he (assuming following direction from CNN newsroom) framed the question to the the Head of ICE New York City on how the enforcement & removal of the already convicted but sanctured rapist went flawlessy.....great rebuttal from Ken the Head of ICE NY making a firm statement that these criminals should not be leaving jail in the first place! It makes their job much harder & dangerous tracking convicted criminals who are protected in these sanctuary cities. Go ICE, watching from Ireland and fully supporting you.

The problem with local law-enforcement agencies whether they be state, county or municipal cooperating with ice is that it doesn't stop at apprehending, detaining or arresting serious criminal illegal immigrants, what will happen eventually by nature is that they'll start using your local law-enforcement agencies to profile anyone that might look like an immigrant.
