Agree, Cindy defends Casey and I believe she did not tell the truth. Most likely Casey learned to lie on a regular basis. She knew how to manipulate her mother very well. This kills me. As a man who sat through a murder hearing for his sister while her murderer stared daggers and visually attempted to mock me during trial...I held my cool. All of that on top of being asked such defamatory and purposely provoking & argumentative statements...I wouldve lost it. I was even allowed a private conversation in the courtroom during recess before sentencing where I was held by my sisters aunt & best friend...witnessed only by a bailiff...and I truly believe it was because the female judge saw the way he peered at me, and I peered back...and she knew I didn’t have a victim impact statement.... So as I write this, I will say what I said to the man who killed my sister in cold blood, in broad daylight, while she was helping a customer: “I see you...I know you. I know the pain that you have caused me and my family....I’ve seen you looking at me during this entire trial. You don’t scare me. I’m not afraid...you know why?” He nodded his head as to say, “wussup?” or “why’s that?” I pointed to the sky and said, “She’s up there...You’re still here. So no matter what happens, I just want you to remember one thing...” He nodded “wussup” once again.... I said, “Suffer slow, motherfucker....suffer REAL slow. Because no matter what anyone decides for you today, I PROMISE you will have plenty of days to pay for the pain you have caused...you aren’t getting away THAT easy.” He got sentenced life without parole after that. He supposedly wanted the death penalty. As he got pushed out of the court room, he looked at me like a scared puppy. I smiled, and gave him a slow-clap. The story was supposed to be huge lile this one, but my family and I refused to publicize. He shot my sister so fast as she was ringing a customer up at the cakery she worked, that the man looked up after hearing a “pop”, saw a puff of smoke, looked over the counter, and his debit card was in her fingers as she laid on the ground. He didn’t even realize he was sprayed with her blood until the police got there. Her killer drove off in her car. He missed 3 spike strips, and finally had his tires shot at by highway patrol as he was about to be in a school zone. He finally hit a last-ditch spike strip, after riding on the rims of the tires blow out on the right side of the car. Once stopped, he either tried to kill himself, or tried to go out suicide by cop (my personal theory) The gun went off (40 or 45 cal) and struck him in the face twice. The bullets miraculously went up through his chin/neck, and out the side of his face....of course, our taxes went to the reconstruction of his face/jaw, though... But I dont tell this story as a pity or attention-seeking story...I only mean it as a sincere, honest message explaining my deep understanding for the frustration, pain, and rafe this man (George Anthony) went through at this moment...though I’ll never fully understand....I recognize and empathize with him, and his family’s frustration & loss.

Many people think Caylee died by accident. I want to say that I do NOT see any evidence of that. And this is why: If Caylee died by accident -which could be in the pool or by a drug overdose from sleeping medication given to her by Casey-then Casey would have some emotional response to that because she would have lost her daughter to an accident - unexpectedly. She wouldn’t have gone out and celebrated and partied for 30 days. She would have felt the pain of that. She would have reacted differently. No, this story is much, much darker. This is a woman who tired of her “kid”, who wanted to party with the other young adults her age, and Casey, in her dark moments, ended that life, and was very happy about it as we have evidence by that tattoo and life in those 30 days. You do not see a woman who is mourning the accidental death of her child. That information there tells the truth more loud and clear than anything else. Checkout the blog eyes for lies. for more!

Have you also recognized that on pics with her daughter she is actually never really smiling? I mean if I compare her partysmile with her daughterpics I see she is fleshing her teeth and her lips go down at the cheeks. Looks like smiling aggression to me not happiness. Her eyes are dark and also not smiling when with Caley. On her party pics she is really smiling. I feel her happiness and can see it cause they make me also smile. This is an honest smile. If I watch her smile with Caley I dont know but I somehow feel sad and depressed. Its a showsmile imho. I truly believe she did it. Her father knows. Her mother also knows but can’t believe it anyway that her daughter is really this monster. Her Dad took the blame so his own child wont be sent to death. But I guess for him his own daughter died with murdering his granddaughter. All this is as always, my personal opinion.

The fact Casey tried throwing her family under the bus and blaming her father is truly disgusting. I feel the father knew right away something was wrong and he’s an ex police officer. He knows what dead bodies smell like and what to look for. They had enough evidence to give Casey the death penalty. My heart breaks knowing someone found Caylee in a garbage bag on the side of the road. He didn’t want to believe his daughter killed his grand baby.. He’s so broken over this.

the contrast between casey's demeanor toward her father in the jailhouse calls vs the trial is amazing. she seemed genuinely happy to see her father and had a bond with him but during the trial she threw him under the bus and just seems so cold. i really do believe she's a psychopath with no ounce of empathy

The defense attorney always preached about possible abuse of his daughter and never brought out any evidence to substantiate that. He tried to taint the juries view, which is his job, but still despicable in my opinion.

I remember watching this whole trial, and it made me SO angry. Casey's lawyer was awful, and I feel so bad for her dad. Casey is such a horrible, disgusting human being. She got away with literal murder, and doesn't even care. She's living her life normally and happily. I bet she doesn't even think about Caylee.
