When Trump says "they must pay", what that means is that they must devote a higher percentage of their GDP to military spending, nothing more nothing less. And I am even more grateful that Mr. Vistisen pointed out how terribly we treat American citizens who live in territories such as the U.S. Virgin Islands (and American Samoa, Guam, The Northern Mariana Islands, & Puerto Rico). Most Americans have no idea that our citizens living in these territories do not enjoy the rights of equal representation in our democracy. Of course, the reason for this is rooted in racism.
