It’s surprisingly not as uncommon as you would think. I have a friend that was overshadowed for years by her twin sister. Emotionally abused by her mom. I became very close to her after we got rid of a parasitic toxic person and holy shit…the fact I’ve shown her love and care has made her so much happier. I love spoiling her and feel so relieved that she can leave at 18 to a safe stable home at her BFs place. Love can really be the difference in a lot of cases.

@@aubreyjames8795, yep, it’s no joke. She’s absolutely never demanding and just appreciates everything she gets. Hell, one night we were supposed to go to Boondocks and I hit a curb on accident blowing out both tires on the left side of my car. We spent 30 minutes on the side of the road before my uncles came and helped us out, and both her and my other friend were such good sports about it, telling me that we were spending time together and that’s all that mattered and that no one was hurt. We were attempting to keep her abusive egg donor from finding out because…well, I feel what I provided above is pretty good reasoning. She found out anyway cause she saw my uncles car as well as my own outside her place and decided to keep my friend in for a week because I was an “unsafe driver”(oh the IRONY in that), but she never ever got mad at me. Even though she got lectured for it and that was something I would’ve smacked her egg donor upside the head for and told her don’t yell at her daughter for my mistake. She made me not feel like a garbage human being over a lesson that I will never forget.

@Eric Tirado FUN-fact: it's FUN, not "SON." Coach said, "One day we'll probably be workin' for our own FUN." Meaning, after Braheam leaves and after his wife Connie finishes college to work on her career full-time, the only FUN the couple will be having is working. And work is not exactly FUN. That's the joke. You follow? There's a big difference between having FUN and having a "SON." Getting your ears checked can be very powerful. It stops all the false rumors from spreading around on social media.

Also , if faith was a obstacle, how come the smartest person today, doesn't have a I.Q , that is significantly higher than someone of 200 years ago. So, IG, atheists somehow are more smart, than someone of faith because that obstacle shouldn't be holding them back , as you say? Yet, statistics doesn't show that . World peace ? @@RottingSweetroll You will never get over it, the pain will always be there. You'll just learn to live with it and the pain won't hurt as much after a while. But you will still burst into tears over it... I still cry over my Mom, I lost her 12/31/09 to liver sarcoma (cancer) and over my brother in law, who passed away in a horrific car crash on my 16th birthday... It sucks, that's for sure!!! My husband still struggles with it and it's been 15 years now. (I've been with my husband since I was 14, so we've been thru a lot together!!) I hope you find some peace, sweetheart💜

@@malcumx5933 What? Lol - did you just assume that I was racist? I hope you were joking. EDIT: Now I see you got two upvotes, so I guess I was misunderstood. I never said I was smart -- on the contrary, I'm not smart at all. I was never able to get into the academy from HS, for reasons you don't need to know. What I was getting at was how everyone is apparently "smart" in this day and age, or that parents ALWAYS have "smart" children. If you thought I was being racist because of HIS color (and the fact that I'm clearly white), then you're the one who is racist and you really need to reevaluate yourself. Also, not a bigot, really do not know where you go that from either, I guess you're pulling assumptions out of your ass at this point. Let's keep it civil, because I'm sure you don't like being called names or thought as being racists simply for being a certain color. :)

I don't see this as humanity at work, I see this as how normal humans should behave towards those less fortunate. An example of humanity at work would be stopping the blockade of aid into Yemen so the children can receive food and medical supplies. Humanity would be that little children do not suffer over Christmas and the so called greatest Christian nation on Earth start behaving like it.

The reward this family got was seeing him graduate and accepting his scholarship to freaking West Point. That little gesture turned out to be a huge impact on this young man
