They have put provisions or omitted provisions in the constitution which have hindered communities in the region.No Prime minister from congress party had visited Manipur during these times nor offered any healing touch. I think Modi can only resolve these problem in coming term.. I accept that his govt failed in bringing peace in Manipur but still the efforts are going.. Congress can use this opportinity against Modi govt this time in this election..
