Really fun video (that's also a commercial, but the best kind). Also, regarding the "drink tea" part at the end, it seems that while "cha" won out in most of China, apparently Hokkien "teh" is where English indirectly got the word "tea". Also, while the Japanese word for tea is also "cha", its word for "drink" is 飲む (nomu), which has the same Chinese character (in traditional form) as Cantonese and Hokkien.

It's because 飲茶 is how it would be written in Cantonese or Hokkien, whereas Standard Chinese is written as 喝茶。 Has nothing to do with traditional or simplified, it's because 喝 and 飲 are two different characters.
