Almond Cake This almond cake is crispy on the outside and loose on the inside. It melts in your mouth. Its production method is simple and easy to make. It is my family's favorite New Year cake!
Servings: about 68-73pcs (depending on the size of the mold)
Ingredients:
150g of low-gluten flour (can be replaced by 135g of all-purpose flour + 15g of corn flour)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
60g icing sugar
100g almond flour
100ml corn oil
Egg wash:
1 egg yolk
1 tsp cooking oil
1 tsp water
Surface decoration:
Chopped Almonds/Sliced Almonds
150 degrees Celsius, up and down fire, bake for 20 minutes
