Maybe your Google Workspace license doesn't provide that feature. Check this list to see the details: workspaceupdates.googleblog.com/2022/04/assign-cohosts-configure-host-controls-in-calendar.html

I have enabled host management, but there is no option to add co-host.

Is the person you want to appoint as co-host, in the call with you?

@@saperis Yes. Does it matter if they are from outside of your organization? They have a personal gmail account.

@@georgettehoyah4911 So A) host management can be disabled by your Google Workspace account and B) it might not work with free Google accounts.

@@saperis I have the Business Starter account but it looks like that simply feature is only available with an additional upgrade.
