Thanks for the info. Can you change it to a unique coordinate system that a site is using? They apply a formula to the x , y, and z values in order to convert UTM to their local unique site coordinate.

I've been wondering about this, thanks a bunch! However, i think it will not be aplicable to my situation..i've just done it with map, then checked with the official geodetic transformation - it misses by a bunch. way off.. But im sure i'll manage to make use of this SOMEWHERE :)

hello first of all thank you for sharing a useful video. my problem, the video said I did all the operations, but the surface of the file when you take 0 objects are selected and does not allow the surface. The file is called extrat object, and the curve and triangles are open. the surface of the coordinate system of the points to me and how to get into the rotated state. Could you please help me figure out how to do this?

It's the same workflow in newer versions of Civil 3D/Map 3D.
