"best interest of the child" is rubbish. I've been to court, they don't care about the child. First preference is the mother. Then as a father you have to prove the best interest of the child.

She left the province to the next without communicating with anyone after doing parental plan and denied access to the child I continue to pay money. Tomorrow I'm going to start another process parenting plan in her village but when I come back I will open a case against her here in Gauteng where she ran. One mistake I'm throwing her in jail because I know she will run again.

Good day advocate, bumped into your channel, and how refreshing. I am a grandfather of a beautiful 7months old son. We are paternal grandparents, where our son is working abroad. Him and biological mother is not married, and they split up now 3 months ago. Their relationship soured because of biological mother didn't want to bring baby to our house initially, but on 3 occasions. He's come home last month to meet his son. Adversity stepped in, and he decided to start proceedings for parenting plan for us. He was here only for 3 weeks. Proceedings have taken a turn where mediation didn't work, and we were in children's court today...the biological mother with her attorney, and my wife and I unrepresented. Biological mom don't want to agree to social worker's proposal. And we just want our grandson also at our house. Does her getting a lawyer messaging us that she dont want us in our little lad's life?

This works best when dealing with reasonable woman. Imagine dealing with someone to whom you accidentally break up & still fighting😅😅😅 best of the child is achieved through reasonable parent.

4 years is a long time even if you are not working how do you think the mother was taking care of the child i think its a good thing for you to not see your child

The system is to destroy father's, there are good father's out there. What is the best interest in the child. Not to have a father in there life. I mean the law wants to determine how the father must spend there time with there children..I'm fighting this as well because of visiting rights. Not only the mother has got rights the father has got equal rights as well

Hello mama.Thanks i came across your video. Mama u spoke of a lot of things that were supposed to happen in my situation but are not. We are in a process of divorce and its been 3yrs now. I am not working and she is working oversees. She goes away for about four months. We have two kids. The court allowed me kids every week to go pick them up. Every Friday i send her a watsapp that im coming to pick up the kids. Now she blocked me. We no longer communicate. But the other time her mother who is not staying with my kids as she is away,was coming back. She sends me a message saying i shouldn't pick up the kids they are going to fit the school uniform and it was in June. I refused coz she didn't ask me on time n she tells me on Friday n i had plans with them. She then blocked me. From then my kids every Friday they come on their own n sometimes they run away from her mother's house. Last week Friday as she's back from oversees, i did watsapp her that im coming to pick up the kids n she didn't respond. When i got there i saw her with her brother then she rushed to her brothers car. Then she sends our elder son to come tell me not to pick them. I still refused coz she didn't ask me or communicate. Then her brother came on to me n assaulted me while she is watching infront of our kids. After he assaulted me they then left with the kids. She removed our little one f r om the creche i knw mainly bcoz i was attending mertings for the child. Every weekend kids complain about everything as they are now left with the uncle who is not taking care of them accordingly. Kids are everyday dirty n they dont bath properly when they go to school. I am currently not working but hoping to get employment soon. IF THERE'S ANY HOW U COULD HELP OR ADVICE PLEASE DO.
