I agree it’s been hell and the abuse doesn’t stop. What is most hurtful is that they’ll introduce new supply almost instantaneously to your child and make sure to give them talking points that will make its way back to you. Irony here being this relationship was more likely groomed well into your relationship. At the end of the day he’s right- all you can control is what happens during your parenting time. It hurts a ton but these videos have really opened my eyes on the whole dynamic going forward and drawing those boundaries. They want that reaction from you - don’t give it to them no matter how much your heart hurts inside. Hang in there.

6 months into the divorce process. He sent approx 50 texts last night, ranting and threatening. I want to just send him videos in response but I know it won't do any good.
