Yes, this is exactly what he did, then discarded me. I had just had a baby with him and was breastfeeding. He accused me of cheating and giving money to my affair...$20. He was buying clothes for his affair on our charge card and dining her, overnights with her. I've been in this internal struggle of trying to justify my innocence for years, but I am now recovering in the Raw Motivations program. My eyes are wide open. Trying marriage counseling was misery.

Ben should get a Pulitzer. His work is A+. This is excellent! Nail on the head! My ex is on the 4th and longest marriage now in his 70s. He had many affairs, is a big liar, and abusive in every way in the 1st 3 marriages with multiple affairs on all of us. He lied to hide and minimize. Abused step-kids and kids in different ways with what he could get away with and lied and manipulated everything for years, dumping his shame on all of us. One step-daughter took horrific mental, emotional and horrific physical abuse. There are many flying monkeys in his family and circle. They think they are pedigree. He is a fake image of himself, hiding in his 4th wife. She actually believes his rework of the truth into stories that are nothing but a monumental hideous lie. He even fakes empathy now to make him look like a good guy.

They are always looking for ways to look like tye victim ,they will blame their exes to new supply and tell lies knowing the damage they left behind this is to triangulate the old and new supply and gain sympathy from close friends and enablers

I do not think he will last longer with anyone new… he seems to be getting worse and mask is off for world to see now.

To fool the therapist and smearing the victim. They lie to the therapist to make it seem like the victim is the narcissist and the narcissist is the victim. The therapist will most likely be fooled, and then say "Oh well, it must be them that's the toxic one, nothing you can do about that!" They'll then use this validation to run back to the victim and gaslight them and say "mY tHeRaPiSt sAyS yOu'Re a nArCiSsIsT sO i'M rIgHt, eVeRyOne kNoWs i'M rIgHt aNd yOu'Re wRoNg!" Most of the time, they successfully convince the victim that THEY are actually the abusive narcissist, and that the abuse the real narcissist is subjecting them to is deserved.

You descibed what happend to me. I had a girlfriend that were not attractive to me at all, but she was very good at manipulating me ( love bombing and guilt tripping) in order to capture me. She was a narc and we broke up after 2 years. I never felt love from her. Now she is also with a very attractive guy and I just feel bad for him.

Ben, I did all the things your wife did, changed my hair, dressed to suit what he liked, stayed quiet when he was hard on the kids for no reason, tried everything to be the perfect wife and sex goddess. It was so exhausting, thank the Lord he had an affair with the person that was in the triangle and left me. It's been 20 years since that day and thru a lot of counseling and reading and believing in myself again, life couldn't be better now. I love your videos, I wish I had access to them many years ago. Im being blamed as I told on this guy who sexually assaulted me while I was asleep. He took pictures of me without my knowledge is the proof I have. Well , he says I'm a back stabber and I ruin people's lives as he said today, then dismissed me as he went to finish up his laundry. WTF I actually feel bad about this now .

This is absolutely true, he needed a restriction order and a sentence for abuse to “leave me” alone, but he started disturbing my mother.

What a horror for me when I found out not everyone was an empath like me. I honestly didn’t know people even COULD act like narcs do … so a double horror when I found out my older sister was one!! She (covert) & her business partner (overt) when after me with a VENGEANCE - for asking the CPA how to account for the stock buy-ins they decided to forgive each other. Without telling the other partner. I was beyond disgusted with the discard tactics but PRAISE GOD they fired me and I never looked back. At either one of them. That was 8 years ago and I haven’t changed my mind: I don’t want a THING they have!! I’d rather live under a bridge than be around that kind deceit, manipulation & dehumanization again!! At least now I know narcs & psychopaths aren’t just in movies … sometimes they’re in your own family!! Sure reframed my childhood 100% once I saw Big Sis 🤣🤣 for who she truly was … nope nope nope I have better places to spend my time & heart 🙏❤️
