In May 2016, I was travelling with my mom alone and she had a heart attack in air during CCU to BOM flight of Jet Airways. At that time we lived in Surat and there were no direct flights of CCU to STV. I was badly scared since Bombay was unknown to me at that time. All the crew members helped us out even the airlines sent a crew member to stay with us in the hospital. For this, I will always remain grateful to them!

i think during evacuation all the over head baggage section should be locked automatically/by the cabin crew/pilots. And this announcement should be added in the instructions performed by the cabin crew before take off. THANK YOU for reading this comment

Most passengers don't understand the SOP and the minimum crew complement that a flight can be operated. The crew are there not only to serve meals but essentially for passengers safety. They are trained for all aspects of SEP from, aviation medical to knowing where the BCF and fire extinguishers are within the aircraft and where they are kept. They know how and when to use a De-fib and know where the hand-cuffs are kept for rowdy passengers. They also know not to serve the same meal to the Captain & First officer. Mein jab se flight me travel kar raha hu tab se cabin crew ko respect deta hu.. jab bhi flight me log kam hote he jab emergency exit ke pass koi nhi hota hein hamesha wo log mujhe waha pe bitha deta hein or explain karta hein.. i respect them and i listen what they said in cabin
