I would still keep that small 12v compressor handy even if you had a power tank for someone how goes on long trips and airs up and down often. That FJ80 your buddy has can run a york belt drive compressor with a hand throttle. Could air up 40s all day till the gas tank runs dry.

I have a Viair 400p and it doesnt take too long. But those Tanks are fast, the only issue is if you go on a long trip, you MAY end up running out. I ordered that same tank from Amazon, just need to order the Regulator to finalize it. For the money and the increased speed, it is a great option.

trailspinTV For $40 including shipping I think you can get a CO2 regulator that has two gages, one for the remaining tank pressure and one for the tire pressure. I keep a 20# tank mounted horizontally right behind my rear seats on the floor

should of got the bigger tank,medium,,allways trial your equipment before setting out,we even take our tyres off & on,just so the bead is easy..
