Use the chart and SHOW how good or BAD the boiler is.
We all know that every boiler has to be CHECKED every year for safety and emissions. With 22 million
boilers installed and only 80,000 Gas Safe engineers who are trained in boilers a lot will not get done.
If the boiler is under guarantee it’s compulsory to keep to the breakdown policy T & C or could be cancelled
INSTALLERS are required to print the results of the fresh air intake and emissions at the job or email to the home owner.
HOME OWNERS should ask for a copy on the day and the “Benchmark” page to be updated, this is a requirement for U/G

The fan slows down can’t remove spent gases, PCB + gas valves has been updated Hope this helps
