Ive been practising nasal breathing, to include much humming for about 5 months and feel it's absolutely been a catalyst for deepening my spiritual life.

@coldturkey3938 no actually :) I mean simply nasal breathing and particularly humming and feeling the vibration. I have had a lifetime of spiritual understandings, so perhaps rekindling is a better word. In my estimation breathing draws attention within and often includes building the muscle of imagination and visualizing that is backed by all kinds of scientific evidence as a valid practise. :) and is also an essential spiritual tool for opening up.:)

Anders explains it at around 1:08 into the podcast. 5-6 litres water 1 tablespoon bicarbonate soda Sprinkle in either citric acid or ascorbic acid little by little. You wantvto have small bubbles on your feet

I’m here as someone suffering with mild Long Covid, although it does still impact my life greatly. I’m still waiting to access medical help from a LC doctor but in the meantime I’ve been using HRV breathing techniques and it’s really helping manage symptoms and improve sleep, which I do think is helping with healing. HRV improving breathing is used regularly by LC dr as a tool in a vast tool box to help manage symptoms of LC. Would be interesting for you to look at that if you haven’t. I’ve been looking and can’t find any investigation into the use of CO2 therapy for treating LC, would love to know if there’s legs to that idea. Excellent videos, thank you for sharing all this useful info.

Agree. I’ve worked in the hospital for 6 years, and what I’ve learned is only you can take responsibility for your health. We can patch you up and play whack a mole with your health problems, but you’re the only one that can truly manage and heal your chronic diseases. Everyone wants a pill or a surgery, and doesn’t take responsibility. Sad to watch day in and day out

Therapies like this, and ozone, Rife, UVBI, IVC, hyperbaric chambers etc should all be available AT hospitals and doctors should know what to do with these therapies in reality, but that is not the case, it seems that hospitals just don't really want to help anyone at all, they are just like doctors, big pharma pushers.

I wonder if the excess peeing is connected adrenaline. I endured the near-death of a dearly loved one and had to use the restroom every 15-20 minutes while waiting under great stress at the intensive care unit. (Everything turned out well! ) Great interview!!!

@@TheRootedBlueprintoh god. You’re not totally off perse, but the reason they were peeing more was because they were blowing off co2 because they were most likely breathing heavy. That in turn lowers bicarbonate levels in the kidneys which controls fluid retention. Not every damn thing in life is “trauma”

Hi, interesting podcast, thanks to both of you. Could you lease outline the protocol for the co2 face bath, suggesting a suitable vessel/bowl, how much ascorbic acid to sodium bicarbonate, and a brief description of how obe would use a straw for approx 6 min thank you again.

I teach this at work everyday to my patients with COPD and other breathing issues. No device necessary. It’s called pursed lip deep breathing PLDB. Breath in regular through the nose, the purse your like you’re blowing through a straw and breath out for a long exhale. The pursed lips create pressure and resistance to the exhale, just like this device.

A little but confused, would he still recommend to nasal breathe when you dont use the relaxror? Its jus when you use it you exhale through your mouth? Because I think if i did that during the day id find its hard to, either only nose breathing or only mouth breathing if i have to change it just walking aorund durin the day I think id just have to focus so much on it.. But he is more saying just when you use the relaxtor or maybe trying to train the breathing or whatever then inhale nose exhale through mouth but not when we are just walking around living life then it should just be nose breathing correct?

Lol I feel your sarcasm is missed by this crowd. I work in the industrial gas industry and a young gentleman came in today looking to buy a co2 tank for a suit/mask setup. I looked at him sideways and asked him why? He said for health benefits. I told him co2 is an asphyxiant and he asked me what that meant. I then told him I couldn't sell him the tank, he looked even more confused then. He asked what was wrong and I told him that what he was trying to do sounded incredibly dangerous. Tldr : just because some yahoo on the internet has some new health cure doesn't make it real and could very well kill you in the case of this young man who came into the store today.

Why? He's right. There is NO global warming and if we just planted the same amount of trees that we cut down each year there would be no problem at all. Here in the UK we cut down around 350,000 trees in the Hebrides to build a wind farm. There is a channel 4 documentary online about this, still not replanted any of those trees. Next we cut down over 2 million trees for the main HS2 line from Birmingham to Manchester, so those on the train would get a better 5g reception, then decided to not bother with the HS2 train line, still not replanted those trees. We have also built a CO2 capture farm in Liverpool... WTF are the capturing CO2 for, trees eat that stuff up and produce oxygen, we learned that one in school. Also we now import wood chippings from Canada for Drax power station in Yorkshire that is surrounded by mines and rail lines to the power station all because Thatcher in the 80s wouldn't give the miners a decent wage rise and decided to shut down coal mines all around the country. Just think about the carbon footprint of the importation from Canada, never mind the sheer amount of trees being cut down there. It's madness.
