My body started fasting again 13 days ago. My body rejects food, I only drink water. I live very natural, at the ocean, sun gazing daily & having restored my body's self regulation through over 6 years to release trauma. My mind is fully open that this man and the woman from Ethiopia are true, real and actually this is our natural state. Depending on food seems to be a deep ingrained believe and habit, like everything, nothing more or less. I feel very light, and I even play volleyball, run and light fitness.

Really good interview. It’s frightening how we have to use the internet for someone to let us know how to get naturally healthy by grounding. We’ve become so disconnected from nature. I didn’t have a clue…

I do pranayama and yoga every day and this video gives me a very fun way of doing it every time. I don't even have to follow the exact instructions each time, my intuition guides the inhale exhale length ... but oh what fun to work with the rhythm. 😍

Listening to Christopher Gladwell, was an eye-opener to me in realising how far we still are from our Evolutionary context as biped human mammals. To recapitulate the podcast and my understanding, we outstripped the rest of creation on earth, as our Brains developed with Communication skills, linked to the Breath and Brain. With the evolution of thought, nearly all humans identified with the fictitious Ego, perhaps an ephemeral evolutionary amalgamation of our thoughts, breath, body and mind ? In all this enigma is there room for an Observing Presence in the Universe ? for Reincarnation on our Earth ? Thank you Mike for this wonderful, mindboggling and interesting exposure to Evolutionary biologist Christopher Gladwell. Even though his speech tempo was a bit fast, and his explanations, were a little confusing, it was very, very thought-provoking.

Hey man! Yesterday I discovered your channel with that interview you did with Dr. Eric Goodman. This one resonated a lot with me! So I wanted to ask you if you had any progress with the programm you given acces to? Did you do it for the last couple of months? Was there any progression or benefits you encountered? Thanks in advance if you answer! Kind regards from Germany :) Phil

Painful to listen to this man. He is agressive, doesnt listen to the question. Interrupts. Out of tune with interviewer. Angry. Defensive. No gentleness, nothing soft or open here.

I'm 3/4 of the way through the video and I haven't seen anyone talk about reproduction. All of this should be understood that these men are not trying to reproduce, therefor, they are not expending nutrients to produce fluid to create new life. The average man demands much nutrients because the average man is constantly making the vital fluid and then we constantly let it out, most men daily. Your body is always producing the vital fluid so that it can reproduce, with enough mental work, you slow down your desire to waste this fluid, and so the body can rest since it is not constantly filling a bucket with a hole in it.

Nonsense. Humans need food just to exist, even without reproduction. This is simple biology.

Perhaps an aside issue but I appreciate how Christopher on several occasions in the moment reflects and corrects what he has said. For example his use of Saigon and then immediately self correcting to the current name of Ho Chi Minh city. To me this demonstrates a level of Awareness of action in the present moment. For me that is a profound teaching. Thank you for offering this through your podcasts Mike.

This, followed by rahanni, multiple times a day, is the greatest thing a person can do. In just a month, you'll be going about your daily life, in a complete state of bliss.

That's completely impossible. Don't believe everything you hear. If it's true, biology will need to be rewritten. Obviously, no one is bothering to test him because any person of normal intelligence knows it's just an act.

It was great to hear his talk, especially about connective breathwork carbon dioxide and trauma release. I spoke with Christopher about these and it's great to hear it online. Well done! It's about time this information is made more mainstream.
