in gpk 4 .....it should be given that how many instructions have got a hit ...........then only a logical solution can be given for 16 bytes of block size ........otherwise its simple answer will be 15 ns.........no usage of bloack size is there

@@divyanshachaudhary1460 let x=t cache acces. so access time total in without cache =9x=main memory access time. now we find with cache total memory access time=0.8x+0.2(9x)=2.6x so cache total time/without cache total time=2.6x/9x=13/45.

@@divyanshachaudhary1460 in gpk 2 as there is no cache initially so total access time =200=mm access time. now 65=(H)50 +(1-H)(mm) put the value of mm acces time you will get the answer.

the gpk 3 and 4 have wrong english writtern ................there should be a clear usgae of word "total cache access time to total memory access time " in gpk3 and in that case answer will be 4:9............otherwise its 1:9 as the question says...

@@mansipokhriyal8408 Consider cache access time = x, then uncached (main memory) access time is 9x (given). Now avg access time when memory is cached = 0.8x + 0.2*9x, which is 2.6x. So ratio = 2.6x/9x => 2.6/9 is the answer. Hope that helped!
