YES YES YES Coach Black! Please keep up with this momentum, the girls respond so much better with this type of expectation and consequence it seems. This is what I have been asking to see all season and I am just hoping they continue to show respect to you like this and if they don't they have consequences.I hope Ashleighah's mom watches the videos and see what attitude her daughter is putting out. You can reign Carrie in, even though she still acted with attitude and disrespect because she was mad, but it's hard to do so with others children when those kids clearly lack respect for adults and their peers. My mom would be so embarrassed if I acted like Ashleigha and Carrie acted ( I saw you called Carrie out on it already and kudos for you for doing that). Respect is a universal language and it is good that they all learn it early and implement it at all times, even when they are mad. And Holy Grail to the " WEAR YOUR SHOES" comment Coach Black, I cannot believe you even still have to tell them this. Good job to the rest of the ladies, we see you trying and want you to succeed at Summit!!

They need to start responding with Yes ma’am coach...more strict. And i think more conditioning when you have to repeat yourself. They already look much better. I love that coach Black is sticking to what she said and is being more stearn with the girls and it shows they look much sharper and are catching on quick. Keep it up and you guys will hit zero at summit!

Discipline is very much needed for this type of group . It will pay off in the long run. I love how the coach can joke a little not too much just enough to show she has emotion and is human and also can continue to stand her ground . 💯

@Serenity Hopson im not tryna argue, only give a thought. typically teens only act grown by doing grown people stuff (sex, drinking, etc). Very rarely have i seen a teenager act grown in a sense of maturity. On those rare occasions i did see a teen acting grown, they had parents who acted like Coach Black. Strictness within reason typically yields more disciplined people.

@Serenity Hopson what I’m saying is if they want to be treated like adults then act like it by showing respect to your coaches.

@Serenity Hopson and I’m a dance teacher so I understand exactly how these coaches feel and go through when one or two people in the class can’t take direction and dealing to attitude

I wasn’t a cheerleader but I was on a step team for 4 years and this is exactly how our coach was. If yall never been on a competitive team then you have no room to speak on coach black being to “harsh” THIS IS HOW THE BEST TEAMS ARE MADE. You’re with your coaches almost every single day. They become another parental figure to you! Real competitive teams do not coddle and baby
