By NFHS rule, it's obstruction on the catcher. He's blocking the plate without the ball. Has to give the runner a clear lane to base or plate.

Umpired for 43 years and High school now a days have the biggest cry babies in the sport!!! Players are taught and allowed to be disrespectful to Umpires, Other players, Opposing team staff, Opposing coaching staff, Fans!!! Disgraceful how it all has turned ugly!!! I was fortunate to call 18 championship games in So Cal. A lot of class teams there!!

I have no iead who the eagles & greyhounds are but since the name eagles is dark blue, then every normal person in the world would think the team in dark blue are the EAGLES. but no, the genius that put this video up wants you to realize the numbers are in light blue therefore you must know which team is wearing dark blue & light blue. Well you blew it, this was confusing as f-c-k.
