JB, my mom gave 32 years to a large government agency. She worked her way up to second in charge, from a registered nurse in the field, to managing each department in the agency. Then, she became assistant supervisor over the agency. When the top in charge told her she was retiring, she put her application in. JB says the real world doesn't work that way. Well, the governor's niece, a young college graduate, who had never worked in any of these departments or managed anywhere, was given the job. My mom had to sue for the job. So, stop with the BS because you're not living in the real world.

JB is right especially with Deion and HBCUs. I’m a proud Jackson State Alum and Prlme did leave us high and dry. Over 60 players left and a whole coaching staff. Luckily our head coach now has been coaching in the HBCU space for 10 years. It really helps that TC Taylor graduated from Jackson State and truly wants to be there. Hiring coaches without experience is disingenuous and can be dangerous especially when a school doesn’t have the proper funding to put ideal coaches around them.

JB have you talked about the 6 year eligibilty being allowed if the first two years are JUCO? Just came out on a court decision. Next thing everyone is going to go to JUCO to keep more eligibility and Hutch will be playing Alabama and JUCO players will be making a mil and going to pros without going to 4 year and if not they will still have 4 more years to make it. Pro coaches going NC now then JUCO later.
