Absolute legend! He has been a class act on and off the court for as long as I can remember. He coached and taught the right way and it shows through his players. I am going to miss him terribly, but the program is in good hands and it will be a winning program going forward. I look forward to John Scheyers’ ability to lead. I’ve been a Duke fan since ‘86, when they played Louisville in the championship here in Dallas at Reunion Arena. Every team put on the floor since then has been enjoyable to watch. The ‘91-‘92 teams were unbelievably disciplined and had the heart of a champion. The 2001 team was memorable also, in the comebacks against Maryland, and the victory over Arizona in the championship. The Arkansas & UConn losses are still tough to accept. Thank you Mr.Krzyzewski for all of the memories and for making college basketball wonderful. You’re the greatest to ever do it. Godspeed to you and your family

The greatest basketball mind of his generation. And yes, even greater than John Wooden. When Coach K passes, a fiery chariot will come down from basketball heaven to take him home.

I would love to listen to a conversation between two great basketball minds in Duke’s Mike Krzyzewski and San Antonio’s Gregg Popovich. Lots of similarities. They both coached at a military academy at one time. They both have a great sense of humor. They both enjoy a good glass of wine. Both are among the winningest coaches of all time.

Lol. You actively mute everything he's ever said or anything any legendary player/coach has ever said about him. Otherwise you'd have to face the fact that he is a great coach and a great mentor.
