Mike Tomlin is not a leader. He is an over rated prima donna, insincere, self promoting, no championships anymore, and most of his BS comes from leadership books that he read along the way. Not a very good role model at all. He is clearly a facade without substance. He needs to move on and make room for an actual leader.

A real football fan would know that the reason the steelers have sucked for so long is because Ben roethlisberger's contract has eaten up so much of the team's cap that we could never sign anyone. Notice how as soon as he retired the steelers started signing so many decent players.

The defense didn't have depth. The o-line was serviceable. The steelers were going against a great jags defense that year. We had no D that year. Other than that our offense or defense has either sucked. Hence the Ben contract.
